Pluma Coffee is grown in the high mountain village of Pluma Hidalgo, Oaxaca. For 150 years, the people of Pluma Hidalgo have been growing high quality Arabica beans and producing the best coffee in Mexico. Pluma Hidalgo is located high in mountains of Oaxaca and provides the ideal climate for slow growing Arabica beans. The producers of Pluma Hidalgo practice time honored traditions of organic cultivation, hand selection and sun drying.
The result is a rich and complex coffee with a light body and a range of flavors that can be coaxed out of the bean depending on roasting. Pluma Coffee yeilds a very bright and fruity light roast. The medium and dark roasts cast the beans further into their own potential with deep chocolaty undertones and a somewhat nutty aftertaste.
